Privacy Policy

The short version

K4C does not run a server and does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Everything you put into the app stays on your device.

Sign-in

K4C requires Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in to create a local account record. The identifier, name, and email returned by Apple or Google are stored only in your device's Keychain and are never sent to us. Apple and Google process the sign-in itself under their own privacy policies.

Your data

Kitchens and locations, condiment items, quantities and par levels, expiration dates, notes, restock history, inventory counts, and photos you add are stored locally on your device. Smart Restock estimates are computed on the device from your own restock history — nothing is sent anywhere. Face ID / Touch ID checks are performed by iOS; biometric data never reaches the app or 4DAT LLC.

To delete your data, delete your kitchens in the app or remove the app from your device. Signing out removes the local account record; kitchen data remains on the device until you delete it.

Purchases

The Restaurant subscription is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

Affiliate links

Reorder buttons open Amazon with a search query for your condiment and the 4DAT Associate tag (tag=4dat-20). As an Amazon Associate, 4DAT LLC earns from qualifying purchases. Once you leave the app, Amazon's privacy policy applies. The app does not display Amazon prices, ratings, reviews, or availability.

No tracking

The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

This website

The affiliate link tester on this site keeps its audit log in your browser's local storage only; it is not sent to a server. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the tester.
